Sam's first SJ outing! *Pics*

Went to Merrist Wood yesterday - and Sam was a dream, he loaded first time there and back - and behaved so well, and even got a rosette! Even waiting around about an hour after we'd finished in the dark for our lift he was just falling asleep! I'm very very proud of him! And he didn't even run out once, was usnure of two jumps, but he went over!

I like him alot!!! Look like he`s really enjoying himself, and it`s nice to see someone with a really good lower leg position!!!! So many people fling their legs back over the jump , including me lol!!

Thanks guys! But sadly its not me riding him! Thats my instructor! I thought he'd play up like he does at home. But he didn't, he was amazing - I was tempted to have a go afterwards (even had my hat with me) - but forgot my proper riding boots, only had muckers! So wouldn't have been allowed anyway!

Next one is at the end of the month I think... I will get my instructor to ride him first and get him going confidently again, then I'll go over I think!
