Has anyone ever bought a horse from here? There are a couple of nice looking ones that I am quite interested in, but I really only want to look at yards with good reputations.

she has some nice horses and a pretty good reputation locally, there are always a few 'bad' reports about anyone but i would go there if i was looking. nearly bought one from her a few years ago but it injured itself before my second veiwing. she was really honest about what was happening then.
 
a sane and sensible horse to hack alone, do RC with and hunt. Am very wary of buying privately!

What about Rowebuck stud. I just bought one from him that had been sent back as wasnt suitable so i know he does this but we are very pleased with him. Im sure her horses are fine but i have heard mixed things but i suppose its the same with any dealer. Also what about equine agents they have some reasonablly priced ones and I know of her she is ok too

I do know of a horse that would be suitable and my friend does have a good rep as a low key dealer she had a smart dark bay that would suit and has done what you are looking for Pm if you want more info. She buys only nice horses !! this one is nice I have seen it.
 
She has a very good reputation for selling good honest all rounders.

OH currently competes one for a client ID type who is absolutely lovely and is getting 70+ at BD.

He was a bit nervous on the ground to start with but is a real softy now and just needed a little time to get over his 'rough start' in Ireland.
 
Why nort advertise locally in your tack shops and feed merchants for a horse? That is the way I always find my sane horses. Advantage being I can ask locals about the true history of the horse and I don't have to travel miles to find out that the advertised horse is nothing like the advert.

First horse I bough this way lasted 18 happy years and second one still going strong at 27!
 
i got my boy from her last year, and she took my girl in Px. i would not have let my girl go there if i thought she was dodgy. All the horses were very well looked after, good clean beds lots of hay everytime i went and the Horse I got was as advertised, I would use her again.
 
We brought a 5 year old from Emma a year ago and he is everything she said he was. She seems really geniune and prides herself on her reputation. We told her what we were looking for and she would only let us try horses that she thought were suitable. I would definately go to her again when I'm next looking.
 
my horse was bought from emma 3 years ago..exactly as desribed...love him to bits! she was very honest and patient and i would definately buy from her again!
