Will keep it short..
Dressage was as close to the XC warm-up/start as they could get it, so Ernie blow up
managed to contain it just enough for a qualifying mark of 74.4.
SJing i rode like a retard and had 3 down, (but still a qualifying mark).
XC, i had the ride of my life, it really was what dreams are made of, untill the 21st fence (out of 24) where we hit the deck and that was that.
Got the 'talk' again on the way back in the lorry, ie we can't afford to do this if i keep stuffing up (missed SJ at Osberton CIC**). yet another qualifying trip down the drain..
So some more serrious thinking to do, ie am i really cut out for this, am i really up to riding at that level. and if not, what do i do now.
