I was given a present of a huge bag of reject carrots by a farmer yesterday. They are perfectly fresh - just the wrong shapes and sizes for supermarket (not regulation EU carrots). Horseys are going to have a very tasty Christmas and we'll be living on carrot + ginger soup, my winter favourite!
