Has anyone used them?

Someone on my yard highly recommended them. I've been feeding Squirrel racing mix lately as he needs extra oomph but its quite hard to get hold of around here, and these have a big store not far away, and have a massive range of suitable sounding feeds.

So I'm going to call them later but thought I'd post on here first.
 
Yes I use them & find them really good, and their advice line is great too.

I've used Re-Leve, BioLife which is a balancer, Show Improver Cubes, EquiJewel and Sports Horse Pencils. All do exactly what they say.

Our local vets brought in an independant feed expert for a talk recently and he said the only 2 companies he recommends are Winergy Equilibrium and Saracen - in his opinion they have the greatest research/technology and are the best quality feeds.

I use Winergy Equilibrium for all mine and currently add Saracen Sports Horse Pencils in small amounts to one that needs a bit more oomph. This combination works better for her than anything else I've tried and I did use it BEFORE the vet talk, honest :D

I also add EquiJewel to the Winergy Equilibrium for my poor doer.
 
I had very good support from the Saracen nutritionists when my mare was going through a low grade lami phase; their nutrition plan got us a substantial way through the problem but didn't ultimately resolve it. I did find the high calcium content and dependency on soya a problem for this particular horse I was trying to work with. Also some discrepency between ingredients listed on the website and what was on the white label, but nothing problematic, per se. My biggest bug-bear was repeated delivery from wholesalers and retailers or out-of-date bags of feed, so do check this. One bag (which I admit to having failed to check myself) gave both my horses mild colic symptoms and was five weeks out of date.
Customer service and delivery service for the KER products has been superb, and these I really rate.
 
I used Re-leve on my fussy TB for a while, it gave him energy - he's very lazy - but didn't keep weight on him. I tried adding Equi-jewel as suggested and he had far too much energy. I gave up in the end as the EJ and Re-leve were very expensive in the quantities I was feeding, especially as the results weren't great. I do know, however, a few other people who use that combination on their sports horses with good results.
