Sarcoid change in 24 hrs

Hi all, just wondering what everyone thinks of sarcoid on my cobs belly. Confirmed by vet but recommend no treatment. I went on hols for two weeks friend applying sudocrem just to stop flys.
It changed while I was away , previously grey verucous sarcoid small flat ish. now not so sure what's going on.
Sunday (25th may) it looked slightly larger flat pink outer with black centre. Went down this morning Monday and it seems to have broken out?? It looks bit larger than a pea and the colour of a cherry
By the time I left approx 4 hrs it seemed more was coming out.
He has a belly cover fly rug on and sudocrem fly spray etc
Not sure if you can add pics on here?
Does anyone have any knowledge or experience like this? Any advice please? Many thx in advance.

he, they can change pretty quick. my advise would be dont put anything on it as it aggrevates them. you are doing the right thing in calling the vet

If it is changing then I would personally treat it as soon as possible, Liverpool cream would be the best at this time of year as it kills the sarcoid from underneath the scab so better with the flies around.
