Sarcoids on Sheath advice please

Last year it was a virus, juvenile warts and a devastating fly allergy. Now it's three small sarcoids/warts? on the sheath which have appeared from absolutely nowhere.
Any ideas or advice greatly accepted.
 
Just had vet out to my filly. They must have been hidden under her winter coat (lived out unrugged looked like a yak). Has them on her mammary glands, tummy and leg crease. If you are insured would suggest getting vet out before they get any bigger. Still waiting to hear from Derek Knottenbelt re type of treatment needed for my girl.
 
my boy has one on his sheath- we did the liverpool cream about a month ago and it shrunk but didn't disappear.

last week we applied a lamb ring over the base of it and have repeated the cream treatment. fingers crossed, the sarcoid looks pretty dead now and is shrivelling up. apparently could take up to 6 weeks to come off.

you have to treat them as soon as they appear- my cousin is a vet and she said the quicker you treat them the easier it is- they never go by themselves but always get worse.
