Sarcoids on Winky! Advice please

Any one have any experiences of sarcoids on geldings particulars lol he has some around it which are drying up and dropping off after veterinary attention (sarc off cream) but he dropped his dingdong out a few days ago and i saw that he has 2 small black ones ????? any ideas ....Thanks x

Are they sarcoids or herpes?

Had a friend try the ointment on his horses sarcoids but it didn't work. We had sarcoids disappear from a horse after injections.
