Little rescue coblet I rehomed came with some sarcoids on the inside of her back legs, they don’t seem to be bothering her or spreading but one has developed some black spots on it, I will keep monitoring but is their anything else I should do?

How old is she? If she is young and you're boosting her health, they may go away.

She is 11 and is looking much better then when she came and is at a good weight

I may try her on some sarc ex just to see how it does. She is fed a balanced diet with 24/7 turnout and with a fried and is doing very well

I would have a vet check out the one on the pink skin to rule out squamous cell carcinoma. It almost certainly is a sarcoid, but better to make sure. If it is, I'd leave well alone

A bit old for them to disappear then. I wouldn't touch them if they aren't changing if she is staying with you or not owned by you.

Could try oily herbs. Some very, very large sarcoids disappeared on mine after putting him on it.

I don’t touch them or anything but it does worry me a bit as the pink one when she came to me didn’t have the black bits

Feed something to boost her immune system.
I had great success removing some small ones using the Sarcoid Cure
