Sarcoids?

I really hope this link works! I have attached 2 pictures of lumps that my horse has on her head. I bought her as a 4 year old and she is now 8. The lumps have stayed the same size and shape since I have had her but have become more noticeable as she has changed from an iron grey to a dapple grey.

I have looked on the Liverpool website as I am worried they might be sarcoids but can't really see any pictures that look similar. Do people think they might be sarcoids? If not, what else could they be?

Not sure but if they haven't changed in 4 yrs, I personally wouldn't be too worried.
