Sat on Monty today (pics)

Monty was very good today, we had a little walk round the school Mum was on the ground while i was on him (apart from when taking photos). It was the first time he had a noseband and reins on the bridle.
Here are a few pics -

Mum was holding the lead rope while we were walking round, he is being very good listening to voice commands
I know i look silly in the pics, i was very hot in a coat and body protector

What are your plans for him?

I would love for him to eventually be a good little allrounder. I currently only go to local shows (jumping and dressage) with my other pony and can't see me doing more than that so i know its a long way off but would like to be able to do that with him Possibly try showing but iv never done that before.

Yeah i am backing him this spring/summer then will not ride him in the winter and start again next spring/summer, well thats the plan anyway

He is doing ok, and we havn't had anymore in hand rearing since last thursday
