satnav for bridal paths

hehe! I was actually thinking about keeping it in my pocket- it doesn't plug in- and then just have a peak when I get lost.

I have no sense of direction!

I have a handheld Garmin gps designed for walking - it does have many of the bridlepaths marked on it - I use it to work out how far and how fast we've been.

Oooo i'd be interested in this, as I plan to hack out in the New Forest and I've just moved here so don't know my way at all, plus my moblie doesn't work very well

. I can read maps but small GPS would be much better!

For some unknown reason I was given a Garmin for Christmas. God knows why as I rarely travel further than work, home and stables, but anyway, I tried to programme it to show the route from home to stables, and it kept taking me up Knightsbridge. (I'm in Hampshire!!!!

) Poor horsey would get very tired if I relied on SatNav to get him home

I am sure there is one that can be attached to your wrist like a watch....if my mind is working right it was on an endurance riding site...I remember seeing it and thinking oh thats a useful toy.
