We often get random children rushing up to hug the JRT ('want to kiss the doggie'). As it happens, he adores children as he was brought in a family with 4 x under 10's, but why on earth do parents/carers allow this?
Our dogs are not great with children, my fault but they just never see any. When I took Tawny to Norfolk and we went to Sheringham the number of chiuldren rushing up to hug her head was scary, she was eye to eye, height wise, with a toddler, she was worried but thankfully didn't do anything, we soon moved to a quieter place.
