Also, can anyone tell me where I can get one cheaply?
I'm now on my third turnout rug this winter and do not want to spend much money!

Cheapest place I found for the was Castle Camps saddlery at under £40 or 4dobbin at £40.49. Don't know what the postage comparison is on those two though.
