saxon value equileather long riding boots; any good??

I got the gaiters - stiff, marked easily, and eventually fell apart at the seams. Not worth the money.

Very old thread resurrected, but it's still relevant so I will add to it...

i had the short ones, not the long, but they were total rubbish, lasted no time at all

My daughter had a pair, the 'leather' disintegrated by the stirrup after a wet day hunting, only her 2nd time wearing them.

That's terrible, mine lasted me a whole 2 weeks! Complete pile of rubbish they were. Never bought anything from the brand again after those and a nasty rug.

I must have had my Regent boots in the region of 20 years, they were a great investment as it turns out. And I didn't look after them very well when I was younger.
