Riz they look like longhaired Vizlas (hungarian I think?) even utterly gorgeous when older.

wow thanks, yes definately looks to be either wire haired pointer or or wire haired vizsla in your boys, either way gorgeous! love the watering can photo!!

Oh and name wise, I got my way in the end and we've called him 'Barney' short for Barney Rubble!!

Dad was vizsla & mum was wire haired pointer (i think it was that way round!). They were bred as workers but have made fantastic pets. You really can't fault them temperment wise & they are great with my young nephews. You are going to have a really good friend there with your gorgeous pup!!
