I've finally gotten round to posting some piccy of the lovely boy - he arrived last Thursday, but I've been playing the besotted Mummy since then! lol
So, here he is:

Trouble, he most certainly is! Nothing, but nothing escapes his notice, so we have to be ever watchful. But he's just soooo much fun, and many a household chore has gone by the by, just sitting and watching. He's sitting next to as I write this, and contemplating his next wrecking spree!

Kitsune - yes, he's a Border!

CC - his dad is a club, junior and National Champion, as well as being a worker. Mum is also a working dog, and they are both wonderful parents. Was most impressed when we went to view the litter.

CC - the saddle will disappear, as will most of the dark colouration. He's registered as Grizzle - dad is a very striking Red, and mum is Blue Tan. So where he finally finishes up is a bit of a guess. But a good rule of thumb is the colouring at the top of the head. At this age (8 weeks), the colour on the top of the head is a fairly accurate guide to the colour at maturity.

Talking of maturity, I don't think we'll be seeing anything of that for a very, very long time! lol He's just finished this evening's hooley round the room, and is currently crashing out on OH's armchair. No point in telling a Border it can't go on the furniture - it can and it will!!

And to put the icing on the cake, so to speak, I've just been mooching aroung on the net and discovered that he's related to Tugg, OH's recently departed Border. That's just made OH's day.

Come and steal him if you like! But there's the slight problem of distance (we're in SW Germany!), and my 100kg OH will be waiting in the wings!

Don't know about you, but it didn't take long to come up with his name. His kennel name is Benny, but as that doesn't fit his character Bear seemed more appropriate. If the cap fits, as they say!
