Scabby as clip grows out

Any suggestions welcome. Got a full ID that gets very furry and greasy very quickly in between clips. He gets really itchy and scabby - I think where the sweat gets trapped under the grease. Worst on his bum but now on shoulders. I am paranoid now and hibiscrub/antibac religiously after sweaty rides and never over rug him. He had a big break out in October that needed flamazine and feels like we’re heading that way again. Just waiting for him to be clipped again. Don’t want to have to bath him every other day to get rid of the grease but think I might be resigned to a life of hot clothing.

How often are you clipping him?
Neighbour is doing her itchy one every 3 weeks, if not more often. She says it's the only way to keep him comfortable.

I wouldn't use the hibiscrub that often infact I never use it as one of mine is allergic and it's pretty harsh, is he on any oil like linseed for his coat and hair?

No I don’t maybe once a week hibiscrub and the rest is medi slosh no rinse.

He’s on ready linseed and is in lovely condition and so shiny but just bumpy and scabby. So frustrating!

This clip has been nearly 5 weeks which I definitely think is part of the problem. Will be clipped probably Wednesday.
