4 month old foal (colt) has quickly developed crusty scabs all over his body, mainly neck, under his chest, on his bottom and his sheath and legs, his sheath and hind legs seem a little swollen.
The vet is coming tomorrow, as he is bright enough in himself and happily eating hay in the stable with his mum (she has no symptoms).
any ideas what it could be? Have considered rain rot but on his sheath area and bottom it seems a bit odd? Thanks
