Scabby nose

Hi all. Does anyone know what this is and how best to treat it please? I wondered if it was a type of mud fever so have tried sudocrem, Protection Plus and Aloe Vera on it but it’s not going away. Also wondered if it might be buttercup related? Doesn’t bother him and he doesn’t have scabs anywhere else. Be keen to know if anyone else has had it and how to get rid of it please x

Your picture isn't there. I presume a white nose.
For sunburn type , unlikely at the moment, filtabac is good. Sometimes a mineral deficiency makes them susceptible to these things so feed something with copper and zinc.
