Scabs on chest - what are they?

I have recently bought a new pony & have just noticed she has a few scabs on her chest & in between front leg area. I don't think they are sarcoids. There's about 2 on her chest & another 3 under her forlegs, like in the arm pit area. All of them are like scabs, but when I was brushing her tonight, one of the scabs fell off and it started to bleed. I don't think I need to call the vet out tonight but I will be calling the vet as I am really concerned but in the mean time can anyone help me identify what they could be? Many Thanks
 
Yes, since posting on here, I've done a lot of research. I think it might be sarcoids. I have got the vet coming on Tuesday, so will be able to confirm it. Thank you
 
I brought a pony home recently that had been neglected. He had little scabs in the same places and on his rump, the vet said it was lice. Treated him and he was fine afterwards.
 
Had vet out today who confirmed that it IS sarcoids. She suggests that I use the Liverpool cream but I am a bit worried as I've heard lots of bad things about it. Does anyone have any experiences of using this good or bad? Many Thanks
