just a warning really to hopefully help stop anyone else giving this liar their money!!!!!

trial saddle returned to her 10/04/25 and received 11/04/25 and initially said she had done a card refund 14/04.......when this failed to materialise i chased to be told card refund not working so would now be bacs.................and since then its been excuse after excuse.

it is now with my banks fraud dept...............i am owed nearly £3k!!!!!

please avoid guys, lovely saddles (albeit totally wrong for me) but not worth the risk.fraud1.jpgfraud2.jpg
 
I'm sorry you're dealing with this woman. I had similar with an order, which she kept saying was dispatched but never arrived and then months with continuous chasing on my part and many excuses on her's before I got my money back. Now I wouldn't touch her with a garrocha pole.
 
I'm sorry to her that. I've had saddle fittings with this person before and have been delighted with the service.

I understand she is spending a lot of time out of the country now. Maybe not an excuse but it may be an explanation?

nah its been weeks, you can refund money from anywhere now days and she has confirmed she has the saddle back!

hearing ALL the horror stories-shes a scammer through and through

I'd have said bizarre! 5 gazette notices that have been discontinued 4 times. Interesting to understand whether the 5th is still just suspended as opposed to discontinued, or an oversite.

I'm not sure I can think of a reason why no accounts would have been coughed up, yet no strike off notice has been followed through.
 
The other company incorporated in 2021 was struck off in 2023, but after a similar pattern of gazette notice discontinued before being issued again.
