Not sure if i am allowed to post but here goes!! My friend has just rescued an 18month schnauzer bitch !! She is lovely but her owner sadly had a heart attack and the poor girl sat with him till he was found! My friend is happy to keep her until she can find her a new home but she already has 3 rotties and just doesn't have the time to keep her long term. She is a big sweet bouncy bear and needs someone to love her she has a nice temperament and is good with other dogs! It breaks my heart :( if anyone can help please pm (she is in Bucks)

What size is the schnauzer? We have a male (neutered) allegidly mini schnauzer though he is the size of a standard! However he can be nervous with big dogs so may not be suitable with a giant.

She is giant (I think I have no knowledge of the breed) I met her today and she was fab with my puppy!! She is very cuddly but still young and bouncy. She had her first agility lesson and really impressed everybody ! Pm me if you want more info :)

If it is a giant I don't think it will be suitable (space, fitting in the car etc) i'm really sorry. Hope she finds a fab new home.

My sister had one and she was huge, she had no spatial awareness and when she was running around the field you had to be careful she didnt run into you. The kids were sent flying on a regular basis, she had a lovely temperment, stubborn but a good house dog. As they are so big watch her tail as she would clear a table quite easily.

Fredthoroughbred she is still available I just hope there is someone out there it has really tugged on my heart strings !! She is just the sweetest thing !!

Advise her to try the breed rescue or a local rescue to feature her on their website and assist with rehome, again like in the other post I would advise she neuters if not done so, chip and don't transfer until she is happy she is settled and charge a donation as not to have her go for FREE.

She is in Buckinghamshire near milton keynes and thanks CAYLA my friend does home checks for various rescues and so I know it will all be done properly and carefully thanks for the info though !! Fingers crossed she finds her forever home soon!!
