how do they come up to size? need a cob size bridle but don't need one that comes up big I have may full size bridles already lol, do you like the bridles? or can any one recommend a nice caverson bridle NOT a crank?

Unfortunately I am unsure of the sizing but a pony I used to loan had one and it was a beautiful bridle, looked so smart, I really would recommend them! :)

I looked at buying one. It was like a cheap bridle with a bonny name plate stuck on the side of the brow band. I went for a Mark Todd instead. Much better quality. I absolutely love the Collegiate leather. So supple from the start.

I have one Schockemohle bridle. Don't have any complaints about the quality - it is far superior to the Collegiate range/Mark Todd IMO, but the one I bought was approx. £200 so maybe they do different qualities (doesn't have any bonny name plate either). Sizing has been difficult. The 16.1 horse I bought it for has quite a petite head and was on the top hole in his original Sarm Hippique, hence the new one. A full size Schockemohle was mahussive on him so swapped to a cob size and he's still on one from the top hole. The noseband is tiny however and I was rather hoping it would stretch more than it has. I probably wouldn't buy another because of the size issue. My personal favourite brand is Silver Crown from Shadow Horse - again about £200 (without reins) but fantastic quality and a brilliant fit. Have 2 of these for other horses and wishing I'd bought a third.

I have a schockemohle bridle and like the other poster I paid over £200. It is beautiful and I am delighted with it. I have a 16.1 Welsh cob and she is in a full size one which is a great fit, except possibly the nose band is slightly big so it's on the last hole

I have a cob size double on my 16hh tb x fits beautifully, he was nearer the top hole on his evision snaffle, so I would say they are on the smaller side. Much better quality that the evision too

I have one (rolled leather snaffle bridle). I love it. I think the quality of it is fabulous. It wasn't as expensive as quoted above I'm sure.
Size wise - thought it was fairly true to size. I wouldn't heisitate to buy another.
