Already the nights are drawing in :-(

We have been meaning to do it for years but never really needed to but this year we will need lights in the school as no one is able to ride during the centre of the day.

Our PP for the school specifically states no lights, so we would be looking at something "portable" We do have mains power but it is a long way from the school so would involve yards and yards of trailing extension cables which doesn't sound too safe in the dark and probably wet! Or maybe they do make very long heavy duty ones I don't know.

How have people overcome this problem. Finances very tight so as cheap as poss while still being effective and safe would be good.

I bought site lights on a tripod from screwfix, around £18 & has 2 lights on it. I run a 40m extension lead from my landowners house & run it from that but I'm sure you could run off a generator instead xx
