If you don't you need to put an irrigation system in for an indoor and even then the surface is never consistent. If not, I would go for silica sand and fibre (we have Martin Collins Clopf on our outdoor). Waxed surfaces are more expensive but you won't regret it in a few years We have Andrews Bowen ProWax on our Indoor and it's amazing!
