Schooling livery

How often would you expect updates of horse on schooling livery - we have one away at the moment and was sent a video of first day riding but no update since. They have been away over a week now. Would you be concerned that they aren't getting much work or is this normal?

I think it’s normal but not totally ok. When mine was away I had to chase a bit for updates, but did get them. I wouldn’t worry massively but be proactive in asking for some video.

Daily updates in my experience. What they have done that day and how it went. Weekly plan in advance.

I think it is fairly normal. I would call or message every week to ask for updates. If I didn't trust that they'd be getting on with the job, and being horse friendly about it, they wouldn't have the horse.

If you need more, ask them for more.
