I wondered if anyone could suggest anywhere that you can have lessons on school masters in Northamptonshire or surrounding areas? Preferably somewhere that does both flatwork and jumping but I guess I could go to different yards for different disciplines if necessary.
I'm currently horseless due to university so really want some lessons on school master types to keep my riding improving, as having spent the last 3 months this summer working at a polo yard I think my schooling skills might need a bit of a refresh! I've had a couple of lessons at my local riding school, and whilst it is a good riding school the horses are far from school masters! The last lesson I had we were working on shoulder in and even the instuctor remarked on how dead to the leg the horse was, which obviously isn't very helpful for lateral work...
So, can anyone suggest any yards within 40miles max of Northampton that have well schooled horses/school masters?
