Scientific research into the diet of riders!

balanced diet

one packet of crisps (salt) and one 2 bar Kit Kat (sugar)

(and that is breakfast AND lunch)

evening will be pasta and yoghurt and water and wine (not all at the same time)

but I do try and balance my salt and sugar intake to keep the fluids used up mucking out/riding balanced

and eating less than 1000 calories per day is good for my diet - aiming to lose 7 lbs to compete my pony I've just bought back from previous home as outgrown

A door step ham sandwich,
packet of crisps,
Chocolate muffin (or did i have two)

And my day has just begun !!!!!

this morning at 10.30 i had pasta and thai chicken box, followed by worcseter sauce flavoured frnech fries, i have then eaten a double decker, 3 home made ham and cheese rolls and 1 pack of chesse and onion and 1 pack of ready salted crisps!

Breakfast was crumpets, then lunch chicken salad and apples. When i had ponies they were always super healthy and i existed on sweets and chips! If i still had the ponios it'd probably be back to the old way!

i had cereal for brekkie and nothing at the yard as i was too busy with the own a pony day to eat and i dunno what i will have tonight.. i am a size 8 too but i don't seem to eat very much around the horses as i don't seem to ever have the time! i work too hard!lol

I rarely eat food during the day- mainly eat cookies, chocolate, occaisionally a sandwich if I'm lucky but will have proper meal when home in the eves and snack all evening.

Oh so healthy

I only have 1 meal a day which is in the evening, so nothing for lunch just Tea and Fags all day - even when \i worked full time at riding school for 6 months
