Looks like I'm one of the last to run on Saturday, so at least it's not a really early start this week.

Are you braving the horrible racing stables?

Not now, I had booked Sat night as we were meant to be Sat pm stressage & Sun, sj& xc but we are all on Sat now so early start!

Racing stables were awful last year, scramble for a stable, muck it out & try & stop horse from eating race cubes!

Not terribly confident that we'll be XC no matter how well they aero the ground think it may be too hard for Dubh.

Brechin was fairly hard last week. Looked lovely on top, but try and dig your heel in and ouch! It had been aerorated too.

Are you going with Dubh anyway and then assessing on the day?

Yes, as my friend is going too. May prove to be a 'spensive stressage test!

Good times, thought I might have had 11.30 stressage. Are you travelling up on Sat?

You are 2 after my best friend & travelling companion in that section.

Yeah, travelling up Sat. It's only a two and a half hour drive so not too bad. Will be a late night though. Doing SJ and WH with baby horse on the Sunday morning and he'll need to be totally scrubbed and spotless.

Thank goodness Monday's a holiday!
