I think that an average round bowl scoop of mix is about one kilo, but I would weigh it to check. Chaff will obviously be a lot less for the same scoop.

What does a scope equate to in terms of kg of chaff, nuts, sugar beet etc?

Each type of chaff/mix/cubes will have a different weight, there is no generic answer to your question. As for the Dengie chaffs, if you go to their website it'll tell you on each product page what a standard round scoop weighs for that particular feed.
No real answer to this as scoops and different types of feeds will give different answers.
Whilst I do my feeds my eye (as I feed Simple Systems I don't have to be that accurate) what I do is when I use a new product is to put it in my scoop then empty the feed from the scoop into a plastic bag and weigh it. This means I have a good idea of how much I am feeding.
SS do various scoops and a weight chart for their products for each scoop which is useful.
