Had a bad experiance with a horse charity up in NE scotland (cummingstone) and wondered if they are still trading/anyone else has had problems with them not naming any names but people will know them buy info i have put

think womans name was kathrine( been over 5 years)

Do you mean Cummingston near Burghead?? I drive through there quite often and although there are a couple of Horses I can't think of anywhere with a few?? I can ask at my yard and see if they know (know more Horsey people around here than I do!).

Hi,

I've got a horse that has just come back from loan and someone gave me the name of the above charity as a possibility for rehoming.

Having used a search engine to search for it this somehow was quite far through the list.

Obviously a bit concerned about considering then now. Is there any way one of you might be able to give me some indication of what your bad experience was. By email if necessary?

thanks

TBH sure companion pony would be fine.Sure some of ridden ponies/horses are fine but do remember these are usually horses are in a charity for some reason and need to be rehomed approriately.Contact them and make up your own mind.Things may have changed.
If you asked me to put my horse there I wouldn't but that is a personal opinion based on experiences of a couple of close friends many years ago.BTW I have no problem with animals going to charities.

ive had few off them and well i wouldnt touch them with barge pole things i see are well wrong i can tell in email if you wish just contact me

Do know someone reported them to SSPCA many years ago which was quite ironic!
In fact when you mentioned them felt old lol
