I know joint wounds are always a vet call but just wondering as it’s a scrape? He is limping so was going to call the vet tomorrow morning but just wanted another opinion
The hair is off and a layer of skin but isn’t bleeding and still skin on it not an open wound
Also I immediately put antibacterial spray on it if you’re wondering what the white stuff is
Vet?

See I thought the same but then I wasn’t to sure if the lameness was worrying or he was just sore because well..it would be sore?
Cuz it sounds so bad but I took them in from the field and honestly didn’t even notice anything was wrong til I got him into his stable and then he was like..okay my leg is sore now
He walked in from the field 0 problems and was trotting around his stable when he couldn’t see Judy but when he stands still he’s lame?

The scrape looks fine but I'm worried about the lump below the point of the hock at the back, is it new, just the perspective of the photo?

I think it’s the photo but I’ll double check it tomorrow and get another photo

He seems to pick and chose
He will walk fine then limp a step then get excited and trot around fine
Stable is 12x24 so plenty of room

Was looking at his knees today and didn’t seem to be any bumps
His knees are incredibly boney but no out of the ordinary bumps!
thank you ☺️
