Scrappy the 'very grown up' Clydesdale

I've had the best few days backing my Scrappy with a friend. She's lighter than me and Scraps is just 4 this year so I've done the ground work preparation and my friend has been the jockey. I'm so proud of how she's handled the who situation. She's been a super star....so calm, gentle and willing. Big change from an 8 month old, very poorly little scrap to a mighty, proud and beautiful 4 year old.

Scrappy looks beautiful and absolutely enormous compared to her foal picture, how tall is she now?

Thanks, she's probably around 16.2 now, possibly a bit smaller but she won't grow too big....fingers crossed. No bigger than 17hh.

I'm thrilled I kept her now, she's just so special to me. I always say to people there is a story behind her name...just don't always have time to tell that story. lol

Thanks folks. Shady it’s just over 3 years gone Feb since she came to live with me. She was 8 months when we bought her. She’s 4 on the 20th June. Time flies doesn’t it!

Thanks, is she the type you’re looking for? I can’t remember your requirements or maybe you’re sorted. She’s a clyde x shire but looks like a pure Clyde. I have a good friend who sources clydesdales like her, just a thought.
