What a terrible loss, she looks beautiful.
I think all you can say is she had a super life with you and was obviously loved hugely, and although her life was short she had nothing in it but happiness apart from the illness.
In the scale of that she must have been a happy dog....
I am so sorry , sometimes no amount of time effort or money can save them, but boy does it hurt the owner..
