Scurfy Shetland

My Shetland has scurfy skin is there anything I can give him to make his coat healthier he also had mild sweetitch. Thanks

Micronised linseed has improved my itchy haflinger's skin and her coat is lovely, only been two weeks or so. I only give her two handfuls once a day as she is obviously not a poor doer, so I would think even less for a Shetland
