Seahorses? Feeding seaweed supplement

My mare has been turning her nose up at her current feed balancer, and is starting to look a bit 'off' now that winter has set in. Googling around for something new I came across Source Micronutrients. Has anyone tried them? They are derived from seaweed and have glowing reviews from a lot of people but I would like the HHO opinion before I buy....

There's a zillion products out there all designed to separate owners from their hard earned money. The truth of it is that if you have a healthy horse and feed it a balanced, high fibre diet, with a general vit and min supplement if necessary, then all the rest is a waste of money and just produces very expensive horse urine!
