Does anyone have the winter gloves? How much warmer are they in comparison with the normal riding gloves they make? Iv read somewhere that theyre quite bulky, but are they too big for riding/doing buckles up in? I suffer cold hands as soon as the temp drops even slightly so trying to prevent it this year! Just trying to decide which to add to my xmas list :)

I've got the winter ones, not got the normal ones, the winter ones are so warm! You only need to wear them on really cold days though or your hands get too hot. They look thick, but they dont feel thick when you are holding the reins, i can feel everything as i would with normal gloves and they dont feel too bulky to me.

If you get the ladies winter riding gloves, they are less bulky than the standard winter rinding gloves. I don't ride in them though.

Try them on if you can, before buying because my problem was with the fit - I had the correct size for my hands, but to me it felt like I was wearing thick motorbike gloves and too bulky to be able to do anything like riding, tacking up, changing rugs, and I couldn't even put headcollars on whilst wearing them.

They do the job keeping your hands warm and dry though.

Love the ladies winter gloves, but be careful with the normal ones - I found the fingers were very tight (or maybe I just have very podgy fingers), my fingers actually felt colder after a while in the normal gloves as they stopped my circulation working properly.

I always like gloves that are a bit roomy to keeps hands toasty in winter, the lack of feel from bulky gloves is more than compensated for because I can actually feel my fingers & therefore still hold the reins!! - I do mostly hack on Dartmoor rather than schooling so warmth is important - fine feel not so important.

I have a pair of ladies winter riding ones. They are super warm but would agree not great for doing buckles. I have some of the other sort of magic glove style water proof ones. They are great for the yard
