Sealskinz gloves for winter - which ones?

Am looking at Sealskinz gloves for around the yard for this winter. They need to be waterproof (enough to mess about with draining and hanging soaked haynets in the morning, and when it rains) and WARM! I've got the circulation of a 90 year old woman

They also ideally should be at the lower end of the £ spectrum - just looked on the site and saw £70! So all you seasoned SS wearers - what are the warmest I could be looking at? So far it's a tie between cycling gloves below but unsure which would be warmer.

I have a pair for riding in. They cost about £40 from Sealskinz, waterproof and breathable. They are a bit thick when riding but are definitely warm and dry!

Just wondering why you are looking at the cycling gloves when they do riding gloves too? My OH half bought me the thicker 'all weather' gloves but found them too thick for general riding and jobs so I got the waterproof ones which were much better.

I have some sealskinz - brilliant for yard work but no grip for riding (laced reins) & totally useless when hunting! No grip at all!

I'm happy with my Roeckls for riding - can tolerate that - but need something even warmer for the yard that won't make me hack off my own hands in desperation! I think the cycling ones came up on an ebay store originally - though thinking more about it, it'd be good to have enough flex to switch a rug if totally necessary. Any ideas on specifics? Am being bugged for birthday present ideas in a couple of weeks so want to make the right choice!

Im going to invest in a pair of these gloves (even tho I have no horse atm) but can anyone tell me how the size works out i.e. is a medium similar to a size 8?

Tbh wouldn't bother! Got ours for cost and wouldn't pay that again - didn't last and far too thick for riding. Better off 2 pars of gloves with a latex glove between and a third of the price!
