As many of you know I have been on the search for a horse recently. Have seen a few, one lovely ID schoolmaster I put an offer on but the owner pulled out at the last minute

Most of the ones I am seeing are from my ad on NFED. Trouble is I keep getting absolute numpties responding to my ad with horses that are not up to what I want to do. So, would you kind people take a quick look at my ad and make sure I am not willingly attracting 'crazy' sellers (I am not willingly advertising but please let me know if this breaks regulations):

MW Type

15.2hh - 16.3hh ID or native type wanted for competant and quiet adult lady rider. Horse must have a willing attitude, be good to handle, hack alone and in company and be able to partake in RC activities. Age unimportant for a sound and genuine horse. No TB's please.

Loving and long term home offered.

Budget of approx £2k

ETA: My budget is £2500, I put 2k as when I had £2500 printed I kept getting people with overbudget horses respond!

Correct spelling is 'competent' otherwise looks fine and to the point, but there will always be people pushing to get rid of an unsuitable that won't 'read' your advert beyond the size or budget. Maybe add to this line
Age unimportant for a sound and genuine horse 'that fits the above description only please'

to further make the point 'no numpties with dangerous horses'
