Search for a Star Qualifiers - All in England!

I notice the Search for a Star qualifiers are ALL in England, not ONE in Scotland and I dont think any in Wales either? How can they possibly claim its a NATIONAL competition when it clearly is not! Yet again, us Scots miss out on another competition...
