Hi everyone. Last spring a colt broke two fences and got in with my mare. I wasn't there at the time and I got told nothing happened (he was 15 months old). Well the owner of the colt said she looks pregnant, so if she was would be 9 months. The vet is coming Tuesday, got to wait until after the weekend.
I just wondered when - if not pregnant - she would be due a season. Was hoping she'd have one before vet because i can't take the stress

Did you see her in season last summer? some mares don't really show yet others are very obvious, if she was showing normally last year then she may not be in foal and just be looking rather too well, you really will have to wait until next week for a definite answer and hope for the best, I hope the colt has now been gelded or is at least being kept in a more secure field.

The colt has been moved, she was part livery and I stupidly assumed she'd had them when i wasn't there. ..I didn't think I had anything to worry about. ,,,oh the yo said she's got milk :-0

She does have a belly and it seems kow but I think i might be seeing somethat that isnt there, tried to put a weightape on her, she was terrified of it. She's normally fine with everything so i scratched her with it and keep trying. She's not interested in my geldings at all . Ive taken sone some time off to keep an eye on her x

Look at her straight on from behind. If she's lying to one side, you might find you have a BOGOF on the bake. Especially if she is bagging. I'm a bit concerned that you haven't spotted this yourself, if you are checking her every day. Anyway, get a vet.
