I clipped Ethel last year, it was her first time being done and my first time doing a clip. I wont lie, it was pretty awful! Here is that clip ...
This year I decided to do a full clip and wanted some CC on it
I know the saddle patches are a bit odd and one side looks like I've missed a bit off the back of it but it's actually a black line that she has. I think the front legs could be at more of an angle too, the lines look a bit flat. Here is this year's, done today ..
Im also after some advice .. How much do you take off round by their teats? This is an area I seem to struggle with a bit as it doesnt look right whatever way I do it! Also the insides of the front legs I find a bit tricky, so tips on getting them right would be helpful
Im really proud of her, only her second time being clipped and she was good as gold! She got frightened when I they were first turned on but the silly moo did reach round and far as she could and touched them with her nose
She soon got over it though and stood watching the world go by with her head over her stable door. The only bit we had real issues with was up by her ears which is understandable and im hoping to borrow some trimmers tomorrow and fingers crossed she'll let me neaten her up
