Second hand Wow saddles............

Know people who have bought them off of Ebay. They said the key was to know exactly what seat, flaps and the like you wanted first though before bidding. As apparently these are the costliest parts to change?

I sold mine on Ebay a year ago for over £500 so does seem to be a market. I sold it because I couldn't get a saddler in my area to alter it, no one would touch it which rather defeated the object of having it as I have youngsters who are consitantly changing shape. It was one of the orginal ones so over ten years old, heavy but sold with jumping and dressage flaps. I was surprised I got so much for it.

I dont think there is much of a market im afraid, i have one and advertised on local riding club websites and gave to my saddler to sell about 9 months ago and its still there. :(

Saddles direct won't take it.

Ive just got it back from my local saddle fitter, who has had it over a year, but has admitted defeat on trying to sell it!

ebay is really the best place, biggest audience and people have searches set up (I look at all wows and stock saddles listed and it emails me daily with new items!!)

I've sold one wow and bought two from eBay

Recently sold my Heather Moffett Fhoenix saddle on 'Preloved' had loads of response, sold within 3 weeks of advertising, think it cost me ?£6 to register to be able to advertise (could be wrong) but then you have an account for life. I tried ebay with a buy it now had interest but all silly offers and alot of timewasters, plus with ebay you have to remember you not only get charged a listing fee but 10%? (cant 100% remember the correct % but is high) of the final sale price, plus paypal fee's if this is the form of payment choosen, can get costly!
Preloved maybe worth ago there are some wow's on there, shame I was really interested in one for my mare but no decent fitters in my area!
Good luck.
