Secret Squirrel

Just how leggy was he! Looks like a baby giraffe 🤣 A couple of my horses have palomino ancestors, way back. I wonder if they were flaxen/chestnut like SS and his mum. They're both properly gorgeous.
 
For all those who like the stunning looks of Secret Squirrel I notice we have another 'almost palomino' racing now.

I was away wednesday and recorded that afternoon's ITV racing but didn't watch it until last night.

John and Thady Gosden had a previously unraced 3yo called Caughtredhanded run that afternoon at Newmarket (came 5th). It is owned by Oppenheimer and is by Cracksman. Lovely cream mane and tail similar to SS.

As above post - has anyone got any update on SS himself and how he's recovering from his fractured vertebrae?
 
Surely they cant be wanting to return him to training?

He could be a fab advocate for ror with his colouring, when you have one thats so popular with the public, Surely the outcry if anything happens, especially returning from such a notable injury, will be more prominent?
