Hi,
Been to see a horse and noticed in its passport there was a vets invoice at the back that had 1 x Sedaline on it.
Owner said the horse is 100% to clip , shoe etc ... So any ideas what this would be prescribed for ? Before I ask owner !
Thanks

I was thinking along the dentist route too, or could have been for something like bonfire night/fireworks - I wouldn't worry if it was only down there the one time, could just be for something tiny, but there's no harm in asking the owner.

Defo ask the owner.. I always have a tube of Sedalin in first aid box. My mare goes crazy with thunder & Lightening, she gets really genuinly scared, and sometimes just needs a bit of it to settle her down.

both of my horses have had a fair amount of drugs from vets, one from a vet hospital the other from a referal hospital and neither have had any of them written on their passport - should they have:confused:
oh and both had a fair amount of sedlin too and other sedations

Hi
It says on the sedalin tube that horses who have had it cannot be sold for meat, so perhaps that is why the invoice is kept with the passport.
