This is like every horsie persons dream.....to open your curtains in the morning and see your horse happily grazing or looking out of his/her stable door waiting for their breakfast.
I could now actually have this......there is a yard behind my house I can see the fields and stable block from my bedroom window - only trouble is theres no school, it's quite expensive for what it is but alot less than what I'm paying now, fencing is rubbish, but grazing is good and theres only about 6 horses and 2 owners which are best friends so I would feel a bit of a loner lol.
I was thinking of retiring my horse she has arthritis but at the moment she is 100% and I'm even allowed to start jumping agian so not going to retire till she tells me it's time and that could be years away.
So my question is really - would you keep your horse at a yard that was less than ideal because you could see it from your bedroom window?
