*Seeking Livery yard in Reading, Berkshire and surrounding areas*

I'm a dressage rider currently looking for a livery yard for 3 horses of which one is due to foal next year and keeping them together would be ideal. I'm looking for a livery yard that'll provide part livery or a place where my horses can be on DIY and we'd pay someone to look after them. Facilities I'm looking for are stables with decent turn out available, a menage preferably a minimum of 20x60, indoor arena would be ideal but not necessary, washing facilities for horses, and tackroom. Areas I'm looking at are Mapledurham, Goring Heath, Sonning Common, Rotherfield Peppard, Henley and surrounding areas. Recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Checkendon EC has lots of facilities (3 schools one indoors, horse swiming pool, walker etc) BUT used to be a busy riding school also so it was overrun with kids at the weekends. I've not been there for years but might be worth going to look and have a chat to whoever runs it now
