As the title says, are they good at paying out for insurance claims, anyone had bad experiences of them

They are good at paying out, but after paying my claim they bunged my premium up by 30% and excluded the leg. They tried to tell me that it was just market pressure that raised the premium, but I went with another company instead.

Absolutely fabulous! I could not fault them with two prolonged injuries which ended in a loss of use claim.
