I had my lorry with them until I hit it, they paid out straight away no hassle at all, I just had to take it to be fixed. But I swapped after the accident as they got too expensive.

Thanks. Will probably insure new horse with them then as they came out the cheapest. Thought I'd ask other's opinions as no point in saving on the premium if they don't pay out in a claim!
